Title: A/R Credit & CollectionsLocation: Taylorsville UT -ONSITEThis is a 7-8 month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion.Pay Rate: $17-20/hour plus benefits (health, dental, life insurance, 401K)Accounts receivable credit collections. Manage the collections of up to 300 accounts monthly. Partners with external customers and internal clients to resolve delinquent and disputed accounts. Maximize collection effectiveness and reach targets, while adhering to established credit policies and procedures.Customer collections- Make outbound calls on delinquent customer accounts. Resolve and research customer contracts, invoices, short payments and tax issues. Update customer contacts and accounts. Complete account reconciliations, matching contracts to invoices billed and customer issued purchase orders. Work with internal and external customer for invoice resolution.Call on delinquent customer accounts-Customer Service, Note account with who you talked with, provide status on the invoice or whether you had to email or fax the invoice over.-Inform and communicate with internal contacts if there is an issue with the invoice or account.-Follow processes for collection escalation-Adhere to the standard operating proceduresUpdate account contact informationWhen receiving new or additional contact information for customers, the systems are to be updated with the contact information and communicated internally to contract coordinator so the billing system is updated.Experience in Business to business collection, Account Receivable , and or Customer ServiceWorker will be required to work onsite from day 1.* Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures. Worker provides analytical and application support in order to deliver results in terms of service, speed, and cost. Will also be required to work with internal employees and also external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.
