Job Description:

Home Instead in West Jordan, is looking for an experienced Billing Specialist who will support the invoicing and payroll activities for our West Jordan, Utah office.Responsibilities--- Process and oversee all aspects of client invoicing--- Process all payments received including connecting payments to appropriate invoices--- Submit Medicaid claims in payment clearing house--- Maintain business transaction in Quick Books--- Maintain client and employee data in proprietary system--- Manage A/R--- Assure HIPAA and other client and employees confidentiality expectations are met--- Regularly communicate with supervisor and office staff--- Other duties as required by managementEssential Qualifications / Experience Required--- Experience in basic bookkeeping practices--- Experience with basic invoicing functions--- Experience with Microsoft Quick Books required--- Experience in business environment--- Experience in senior care or health care industries helpful by not required--- Proven communication skills both oral and written--- Ability to develop basic business reporting using Microsoft software (Quick Books, Excel, Word etc.)--- Ability to provide basic business analysis as required
