Data Entry Retirement Department Non-ERISA, Retirement Department

Job Description

Part-time position in administration of 403(b), 457 and FICA Alternative plans, Flexible hours Monday through Friday. This position is part time, hourly and nonexempt.

Duties

* Process loans, hardship withdrawals, exchanges and distributions
* Track communication, documents and data
* Accurately allocate employee transactions from client companies
* Reconcile payment amount and documentation
* Maintain understanding of applicable rules, regulations, and polices governing 403(b), 457(b), 401(a), and/or FICA Alternative retirement plans
* Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines at the same time
* Must meet or exceed required level of key performance indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
* Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor or vice president

Qualifications

* Have excellent customer service skills
* Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Have experience with 10-Key
* Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
* Ability to able to learn quickly
* Be highly attentive to detail and accuracy
* Ability to organize and prioritize tasks is essential
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work well within a team

Education and Experience - High School Diploma or work experience equivalent is preferred

Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
