Spanish-speaking Receptionist

Major Sandy-based law firm seeks a bilingual (Spanish-speaking), afternoon receptionist (1 to 6 p.m.) Must be fluent in both Spanish and English. Our receptionists have opportunities to move on to other positions if they are interested and have demonstrated competency.

Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include:
--- Greeting clients and visitors
--- Answering incoming calls and directing the caller to the correct person or department
--- Opening and entering mail received by the firm

Qualifications:
--- Must demonstrate good customer service and phone etiquette
--- Be familiar with computers and Microsoft Office
