What We're Looking For: We're searching for experienced HVAC Installers with a background in new construction (residential or commercial) and expertise in ductwork installation and fabrication. You'll supervise and lead other installers, delivering exceptional service and top-tier installations that leave customers thrilled. Qualifications: 2 years of HVAC installation experience in new construction Strong knowledge of ductwork installation and sheet metal fabrication Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record EPA Certification Ability to measure ductwork and install equipment accessories Excellent communication skills with builders, homeowners, and other trades Professional appearance and positive attitude
