Responsibilities • Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for weekdays and weekends • Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring accurate work orders, parts usage, and labor tracking • Create and maintain parts in the system with appropriate min/max inventory levels and required certifications for chemical and food-contact items • Perform periodic cycle counts and inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy and availability of critical spare parts • Source, negotiate, and purchase maintenance parts, tools, and services while ensuring compliance with procurement policies • Maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent maintenance delays and unplanned downtime • Coordinate vendor and contractor services, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards • Act as the primary point of contact between maintenance, operations, and external service providers • Assign appropriate work order codes during planning and execution phases for accurate tracking and reporting • Track and analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to support continuous improvement initiatives • Process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation in alignment with internal systems and policies • Provide regular reports and updates to management on maintenance activities, costs, inventory, and scheduling • Support maintenance technicians by ensuring parts, tools, and documentation are available prior to job execution Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; food or bakery industry experience preferred • 1–2 years of maintenance coordination or maintenance support experience preferred • Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, FDA, EPA, and applicable federal and state regulations • Experience using CMMS systems (Interal preferred) for work order management and inventory control • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems • Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and personal initiative • Effective communicator and team player able to work cross-functionally • Ability to perform light physical tasks such as receiving parts and stocking shelves • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Pay $75,000–$85,000 per year Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Nexeo Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision, Limited Life, Short-Term Disability. • Refer a Friend Bonus | Other Financial Incentives (Bonuses). • Weekly Pay | Direct Deposit | Rapid Pay Card. • Hassle-Free Job Search: A Nexeo Recruiter is always available to assist you.
