Opportunity: The Training & Documentation Specialist is responsible
for managing the company's training program and controlled document
system. This role creates, develops, implements, and conducts
training and development programs for site employees. This role
blends training administration with technical writing and document
control ensuring accurate revision control, timely updates to SOP's
and policies, and effective delivery and tracking of employee
training. What You’ll Do: Coordinate and deliver orientation
training for new hires. Deliver and roll out new or updated
training materials. Facilitate training to new incoming plant
personnel. Partner with departments to support document updates and
continuous improvement. Manage the document library to ensure only
current, approved documents are available for use. Assesses
training and development needs through communication with managers
and leaders. Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms
of skills training for employees. Develop on the job training to
fulfill workers' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and
course materials. Presents training using various forms and formats
including on the job training, simulations, and instruction videos.
Maintains accurate records of training and development activities,
attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining
requirements. Track department training completion and follow-up as
needed. Track changes and maintain strict version control. Update
SOPs, policies, and forms using controlled revision practices.
Update documents per direction from subject matter experts. Prepare
and provide monthly reports summarizing, SOP updates, training
completion, compliance status, and follow-up needs. Performs other
related duties as required. What You’ll Bring: Minimum of 2 years
of experience in training administration. Must have prior
experience working in a manufacturing environment and have held
plant level positions, such as a line operator, technician, or
inspector. Spanish proficiency highly recommended and considered a
plus. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be

reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position
is $22.00-$24.00. The compensation offered may vary depending on
the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills,
