Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Composite Fabrication Specialist (Entry-level or Associate) to support the Composite Fabrication Team based in West Jordan, Utah. Position Responsibilities: Performs composite lay-up, fabrication and assembly tasks Composite bagging and forming Composite drilling and bonding Tooling preparation Machine set up and operation Overhead crane operation Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 months of experience in manufacturing Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 1 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Lean Principles (Continuous Improvement, Standard Work, and 5-S tools) Experience managing or working with safety, quality, and manufacturing performance data Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .
