is seeking a Systems Test Engineer / Principal Systems Test
Engineer . This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the
Sentinel program. What You'll Get To Do Maintain smooth operation
of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with
network, software, and system engineers, project managers, end
users, and customer and IT management Recommend and implement
system enhancements that will improve the performance and
reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching,
monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management
Integration of IP based devices into networks architecture. Will
also support configuration, troubleshooting of devices / network
Work within and across teams to support and coordinate daily
integration activities Execute root cause analysis to troubleshoot
and resolve complex network and system issues Coordinate integrated
testing activities. Oversee test activities in support or
requirement verification and validation. Basic Qualifications This
requisition may be filled at either the Systems Test Engineer level
(T-02) or Principal Systems Test Engineer level (T-03). Systems
Test Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of Engineering
experience, Masters with 0 years of experience; 4 additional years
of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 1 year of hands
on engineering or administration experience for Cisco/Juniper
networks, RHEL and Windows OS 1 year of experience with Windows AD,
VMWare, or SAN storage systems 1 year of experience integrating
COTS, GOTS and custom software in a security constrained
environment 1 year of experience working with lab
environments/processes (Foreign Object Elimination, Electro-Static
Discharge, Configuration Management) Principal Systems Test
Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of Engineering experience;
Masters with 3 years experience, PHD with 1 year experience; 4
additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
3 years of hands on engineering or administration experience for
Cisco/Juniper networks, RHEL and Windows OS 3 years of experience
with Windows AD, VMWare, or SAN storage systems 3 years of
experience integrating COTS, GOTS and custom software in a security
constrained environment 3 years of experience working with lab
environments/processes (Foreign Object Elimination, Electro-Static
Discharge, Configuration Management) Required for Both Levels: Must
have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at
time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to
obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a
reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its
business need Current DoD 8570” IAT Level II Certification (such as
CompTIA Security CE) Understanding of basic networking, including
subnets, routing, and VLANs These Qualifications Would Be a Nice to
Have: Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline. 4 additional years of
experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Experience with
VMWare NSX-T, Tanzu, Kubernetes. Experience with the creation and
deployment of system images in an enterprise environment Experience
with Atlassian tool suite (such as Jira and/or Confluence)
Experience with Certification & Accreditation process and patch

Discounts This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The
9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday
through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Sentinelintandtest
Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 - $108,100.00 Secondary
Level Salary Range: $89,400.00 - $134,200.00 The above salary range
represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers
a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the
scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's
experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime,
shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base
pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions
as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees
in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long
Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety

disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid
