We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to provide day to day operational campaign management support to our clients across a large variety of categories and sectors. Our Technical Account Management group is responsible for ensuring the successful execution for over 1,000 campaigns a year that evaluate online advertising effectiveness.

**YOU WILL**

- Review media plans and develop an ad tag creation strategy

- Tag and monitor online advertising and projects while in field
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot and communicate with internal and external parties to solve online ad trafficking issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure recruitment goals are met
- Identify areas of improvement that will result in more efficient project management and enhance the client experience - we want problem solvers who are proactive and apply outside the box critical thinking!

**EXPERIENCE PREFERRED**

- Degree or background in Marketing, Advertising, Market Research, Project Management, Account Management

- Familiarity or interest with the digital landscape - we measure media across desktop, mobile web/app, TV, connected devices/gaming consoles, podcasts and more!
- Proficient with Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, must be able to prioritize with clear communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- The ideal Digital Account Manager is a team player, enjoys working hard, exhibits professionalism, is dedicated to meeting and exceeding expectations, building relationships, has excellent collaboration skills, is able to learn new technologies quickly and uses their time efficiently
