• Employee Discount for Employee and Spouse Purpose of Position: The Enterprise Systems Manager will manage a team of application developers and analysts to develop, manage, and operate Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application which is corporate-wide in scope and critical to business operations. This person will be responsible for fulfilling business needs by maintaining and improving Oracle ERP and its interfacing with other corporate systems. This position will work closely with business users, customers, and vendors to implement information technology initiatives and manage daily support activities. Job Requirements:
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Work with management and technical resources to plan, design, implement and operate improvements to the existing Oracle ERP system
    • Work with business and end-users, application teams and leadership to establish the application roadmap
    • Monitor, maintain, and improve application performance through best practices
    • Secure applications by developing policies, procedures, and controls
    • Support system users by identifying and responding with appropriate urgency to problems and communicating system status, establishing due dates and expectations for projects and tasks
    • Maintain a high-performing team through coaching, training, and development
    • Develop and implement best practices for the team
    • Ensure electronic documentation of program development and subsequent revisions are recorded to promote cross-training and business understanding of development and configuration framework and changes
    • Collaborate with other managers to prioritize workload and resource planning
    • Participate in security audits, including SOX and PCI compliance
    • Identify and recommend new technology solutions and act as the development and customization thought leader for the organization
    • Participate in enhancement projects, go-live planning and events, migrations, upgrades and system outages
    • All other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Qualifications:
      • 5+ years of experience with:
        • Hands-on experience in development and support of Oracle ERP OM, INV, PO,AR, AP modules
        • Integration with WMS systems
        • Experience in supply chain management
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
        • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
        • Cross-functional team coordination and the ability to multi-task Education/Experience:
          • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology required
          • 5+ years of progressive development and management experience in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain management environment This position offers a competitive salary and a yearly bonus.
