Job Description:

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. - -Responsibilities

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management
• Compile and report staffing metrics to Management
• Review resumes and phone-screen candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Provide accurate and compelling information to candidates about the company and position
• Prescreen candidates and present candidate information to hiring managers
• Manage and coordinate communication with candidates
• Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information and setting expectations.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure a thorough understanding of the company culture
• Develop an effective pipeline of talent potentially available for immediate hire in key positions
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Knowledge of full life-cycle recruiting components
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • Possess strong project management skills
