Cutting Edge Landscape is currently seeking a qualified Account Manager to join our Landscape Maintenance Division.What you'd be doing:---Develop and maintain long-term, loyal client relationships, which lead to 100% renewals of each account, within the customer portfolio---Perform "site walks" with customers to ensure high quality and service expectations are met.---Proactively present and sell site enhancement ideas to existing customers.---Quickly resolve customer concerns---Develop new work through lead generation methods---Responsible for maximizing work opportunities to achieve sales goals---Identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue---Responsible for accurate estimates and takeoffs as needed.---Excel, Word, E-Mail will be utilized on a daily basis, and proficiency in programs to represent a professional organization is requiredWhat you bring to the table:---Landscape industry experience (Account Management Experience Preferred)---Valid ID driver's license---Respond/send e-mail correspondence (Sometimes after hours/weekends)---Maintain 24/7 availability for company/client emergencies.
