  • Improve customer lifetime value through data collection, lifecycle programs, and conversion
  • Achieve goals on email revenue and database growth
  • Build the contact strategies for customer cohorts and various programs
  • Work with IT and eCommerce teams to ensure proper tracking and data within platforms can support scalability of strategy
  • Develop and manage email marketing for new promotions and events, ongoing "broadcast" emails, transactional and triggered emails
  • Track, analyze, and report various program and campaign effectiveness data in order to guide future strategyWhat you need for this position:
    • 5 to 7 years of marketing experience
    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • Experience managing direct reports is required
