Configuration Analysis Manager 1. This position will be located in
Roy, UT and will support the Ground Subsystems Support Contract
(GSSC) program.Plans and coordinates preparation of project
documentation, such as engineering drawings, production
specifications and schedules, contract modifications, and internal
process manuals to ensure quality team output and customer contract
requirements are met. Reviews contract to determine documentation
required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of
engineering and manufacturing processes. Analyzes proposed changes
of product design to determine effect on overall product and
system. Coordinates modification records for management control.
Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and
documentation by company and subcontractor. Reviews and analyzes
released engineering change data and coordinates changes with
engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data
control activities.Section Manager within the
Department.Configuration Data Management (CDM) representative to
perform one or more of the following responsibilities:Drawing
Change ManagementPerform Technical Review Board and Configuration
Control Board activitiesEstablish agendas, publish minutes & track
meeting actions for owned meetings and interchangesSupport proposal
development by tracking department actuals and providing Basis of
Estimate inputs. This includes task descriptions, hours proposals
and justifications content.Support engineering teams in processing
change packages through lifecycle include disposition &
documentationPerform program data release functions via Product
Lifecycle Mgmt. toolsDevelop & maintain various reports for program
support. Example, Indentured Parts Lists, Conflict Resolution
Matrix, Program Drawing Status ListProvide Drawing and Document
Verification & AuditsSupport internal program audits against
program SOW & Functional Command Media mandatesProvide aid to
Functional and Physical Configuration auditsDocument Management for
deliverable CDRLs and non-CDRL documentsCoordinate and manage
access to shared CAD and CPLM tools license access for direct
reports as well as greater ICBM-S teamConduct periodic career
planning and progress tracking to guide team of direct reports to
successful execution on existing tasks as well as establishment and
progression toward career goals.Support hiring process to include
identification of position/qualification requirements, develop
requisitions, interviews, candidate selection and onboarding.As a

9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a
nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday
off.Basic Qualifications:Associates Degree or 4 additional years of
related experience in lieu of a degree and 5 years of related
experienceAt least 1 year leading projects or cross functional
teamsAbility to obtain DoD, Secret clearanceDomain knowledge of
Drawing and Configuration Mgmt. standards such as MIL-HDBK-61A &
/or EIA-649B &/or EIA-649-1, ASME Y14, MIL-STD-31000, AFMCi
21-401Preferred Qualifications:Master's Degree from an accredited
university with 7 years of CDM experiencePrevious experience using
TeamCenter or CPLM PLM toolPrevious experience with Material Review
Board (MRB) processesPrevious experience with Tools such as Jira,
ConfluencePreferred Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master, or
similarSalary Range: $85,400 USD $128,000 USDEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
