Job Description Maintenance & Process Efficiency Manager -
Located at any US based Sweeteners terminal - ideally Portland, OR,
Lodi, CA, Salt Lake City, Utah, or Chattanooga, TN.Job Summary &
Essential FunctionsManage the efficiency of ADM sweetener terminal
process automation, and project oversight.Work with Director
Logistics & Terminal Distribution and appropriate region Area
Manager to create annual capital expenditure project list.Oversee
and work with sweetener division terminal managers on all process
efficiency projects.Work with sweetener division terminal managers
on all capital expenditure/AFE projects.Work with sweetener
terminal managers on purchasing specifications for all capital
expenditure/AFE projects.Enter all capital expenditure/AFE projects
into WAVE and create appropriate budgetary numbers.Enter all AFE
Work Orders into MAXIMO and track spending against approved
AFE's.Work with appropriate ADM national account managers to assist
with customer processing needs at their facilities.Ability to
travel within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.Required
SkillsDedication to working safely and to the awareness for the

procedures.Understanding of requirements for performing work in a
food manufacturing facility.Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with colleagues and
management teams to complete projects on time.Working knowledge of
common process drawing and documentation such as P&ID's,
blueprints, flow diagrams and control narratives.Knowledge of
piping, process flow and equipment standards. Working knowledge
equipment such as pumps, boilers, etcAbility to read and understand
ladder logic and automation. Basic knowledge of AC/DC circuit
theoryBasic knowledge of electrical safety devices (breakers,
fuses, etc.)2-4 years instrumentation experience and/or equivalent
degree or schooling (industrial or commercial setting)Ability to
work effectively on a team as well as independently while traveling
to remote terminal locations.Willing to improve technical skills
through on-the-job and/or outside trainingHigh level of motivation
and results-oriented way of working.Experience with project
management tools.Ability to work with internal and external
collaborators, multiple contracted trades, efficiently and with
diversity, equity, and inclusion in mind. Certifications and
Licenses RequiredNo certifications or licenses
requiredEducation/Training No college degree required, but must
have at least 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
from the food or beverage industry. High school education or
equivalent is required. Knowledge of local, state, and national
electrical codesMust be able to travel up to 25%Excited about this
