Job Description:
A company is looking for an Absence Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all leave of absence
requests and assist employees throughout the process
Manage the leave administration process from initial notice to
return to work
Review leave documentation for accuracy, approve or deny requests,
and provide customer service regarding leave cases
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Leave of Absence case management experience
Knowledge of US federal and state leave laws
Knowledge of Canada's federal and provincial leave laws
Experience with customer service technologies
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
