DescriptionWe are hiring a General Manager for our 105-room Homewood Suites, located near the Salt Lake City Airport. This property is less than 15 minutes from downtown, Salt Palace Convention Center, and the Vivint Smart Home Arena.The Ideal Candidate has:

• Excellent sales and networking skills to support the sales & marketing team in remaining competitive in the relevant market.
• A proven track record of driving GSS.
• Minimum 3 years as a GM, or extensive experience as an AGM.
• Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Hands-on ability to deliver excellent financial results.
• Local market knowledge is desirable.
• Prior Hilton brand experience is preferred.
• Market experience.Being a Concord GMAs a General Manager, you will be a hands-on leader, instrumental in hiring and motivating a winning team, supporting our company's mission, and embracing our core values.
