Utah Facial Surgical Arts is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Administrator for our office in West Jordan, UT!Looking for an amazing dental team to join? Look no further! At UFSA, we value each team member and work hard to help improve the lives of those in our community. The ideal candidate has previous dental experience, experience with dental insurance, and patient registration.Duties include: -

• Welcoming patients to our office -
• Answering phones
• Scheduling
• Data entry, and -
• Checking patients out after appointmentsWe are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
  • Organization, time management and multitasking abilities
  • An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow preferable.
  • Computer skills necessary
  • Willingness to serve our patients efficiently and compassionately
  • Dependable and possesses a positive attitude.Education and Experience -
    • High School diploma or equivalent -
    • Basic knowledge of practice management software preferred but not requiredPhysical Demands -
      • Works in moderate noise -
