Job Description: Otolaryngology Physician (ENT ) When you join

lives possible.” About this role: As a Physician in Otolaryngology
you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to
providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this
role you will practice General ENT in a clinic setting alongside
Audiology and Primary Care. This position includes a starting
salary of $496,000 annually, $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000
in relocation assistance, a generous salary with additional
compensation once on productivity You will practice at our Salt
Lake ENT Clinic in Salt Lake City, UT Your hours will be (5) 8.0
hour days per week seeing up to 26 - 30 patients per day Call is

degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of
medicine U.S. ACGME Residency training in Otolaryngology Board
certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology Active, unobstructed
Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one Ability to
successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
