Job Description Job Description Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Location: Logan, UT Employer: The Worx Outpatient Therapy Schedule: Full-time, weekday hours (no weekends) Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience Job Summary The Worx Outpatient Therapy in Logan, Utah is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. This position focuses on individualized, one-on-one patient care in a supportive clinical environment that values quality treatment, professional growth, and work-life balance. Therapists at The Worx are never double-booked and are provided dedicated time with each patient. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, treat, and educate patients recovering from injury, illness, or neurological conditions using customized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide one-on-one outpatient therapy for neurological, orthopedic, and functional conditions Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive strategies, and recovery techniques Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals Utilize clinic programs and tools, including specialized neurological and Parkinson's programs Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Utah CPR and First Aid certification preferred Outpatient therapy experience preferred, but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills Experience with lymphedema management is a plus, but not required Benefits No weekends or evening shifts Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for continuing education, professional development, and mentorship Supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused work environment Modern outpatient clinic with innovative therapy programs How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply through Indeed.
