Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is
seeking a local contract nurse RN Rehabilitation for a local
contract nursing job in Ogden, Utah. Job Description & Requirements
- Specialty: Rehabilitation - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks -
36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type:
Local Contract · Patient Ratios : 1:5 with occasional 1:6 · Type of
equipment : Transfer equipment readily available as needed (ex:
sara steady, Hoyer lift, etc.). We just became wired for cardiac
telemetry. We have IV equipment, kangaroo pumps for tube feedings.
· Documentation system: Meditech · Scheduling requirements: Shifts
are 5-5. Prioritizing a day shift need, but also in need for night
shift help. · Floating policy: Contract labor is first to float. ·
Patient Experience requirements: Round with your patients each
shift and ensure they being prepared for discharge adequately.
Typical Procedures: ADLs, 1:1 patient mealtime, mobility transfers
of patients. Lines: Foley care, NG management, PICC and midline
care. Must Haves:/n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred/n- A
recent 12 months of Rehab RN experience in an acute inpatient
hospital setting/n- MedSurg Training/n- UT RN License/n- BLS
Certification/n/nPreferred or Nice to Have:/n- Transfer training of
patients safely/n- NIH Certification/n- MediTech Experience/n-
Travel Experience
