Responsible for assuring a high level of guest and donor service.
Assists with supervision of retail and/or production activities to
ensure that goals are met in production and sales. Ensure that
Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced
and followed. Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill.
Performs duties according to the established Best Practices of
ESGW. Duties include, but are not limited to:
May assist with staff meetings that improve communication, such as
daily tool box talks and monthly department meetings
Demonstrate superior guest service by handling guest transactions
in a timely and courteous manner, and responding to guest
complaints/concerns with a sense of urgency to see to their
Assure that cash register, transaction, and cash handling
procedures are strictly followed and enforced. Corrects any

Completes administrative tasks, which include; accurate
daily/weekly/monthly reporting; opening and closing procedures,
cash management, and stock on hand reporting
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Requires standing, stooping, bending, or carrying for extended
periods. Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or
with mechanical assistance.
Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and
