Brake Press Operator

BBSI is seeking a career-minded and skilled Brake Press Operator that can be trained and operate a CNC 250-ton digital brake press with a 12-foot bed Brake Press. Will be given the opportunity to train on other companies-specific equipment, adding to your personal and professional growth. Will be eligible for PTO, Sick Pay and Health Benefits once hired after worked 480.00 contracted hours.

PAY:$17.00 to $22.00 plus depending on experience

Shift: 8:00am to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.

Responsibility:

Load, install and correctly set up the tools as a Brake Press Operator

Perform assigned work to time standards and quality expectations.

Report and document basic material, production, and quality control issues.

Maintain maintenance log books on assigned equipment.

Qualifications:

Must have metal press forming and basic fabrication background.

Basic knowledge and understanding of CNC press brake and fabrication, including basic setup, is desired.

Competent at basic dimensional measuring.

Able to quickly learn the use of precision measurement tools including digital calipers.

Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and other drawing aids.

Ability to work with various types of metal-forming constraints and operate forklifts.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
