Implementation Specialist - Welfare Benefits - Tiers 1-2

Health Insurance, FSA/HRA/HSA, 401(k) with Company Match, Paid Vacation / Sick Leave / Holidays Full-time position bridging the implementation of welfare takeover and start-up plans from the Business Development team to the Relationship Manager. Regularly working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full-time, hourly and nonexempt. Duties Complete the implementation of all welfare takeover and start-up plans coordinating directly with the client/broker during the implementation process Gather all necessary documentation: Review and verify for compliance and operational accuracy, audit plan design for inefficiencies Interact with plan sponsors, advisors/brokers, and previous TPA Track communication, documents and data during plan set-up Coordinate client payroll training with Money Management Team Coordinate client enrollment with 125 Compliance Team Manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines at the same time Learn and keep current on laws and regulations governing welfare plans through training and education Attend and facilitate team, department and/or company trainings Meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas Perform other duties as assigned by Vice President Qualifications Have strong interpersonal skills which project a friendly, knowledgeable custom service approach Have excellent customer relations skills and the ability to foster and maintain effective relationships Be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication Obtain and keep current on appropriate industry certifications Have strong computer skills including typing, 10-key, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Ability to learn new software and processes quickly Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy of work; maintain an organized approach to duties and responsibilities Be highly motivated, hardworking and have a positive attitude Be well-organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to resolve conflict and work well within a team Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, 1 year benefit plan administration experience required.
