PROGRAM MANAGER - ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Understands each client's
goals, designs services appropriate for their specific goals
creates written support strategies and assures clients are engaged
in activities appropriate to their goals.
Conduct skill assessments for each client to determine strengths
and weaknesses to help the person achieve their goals.
Manages client and staff schedules to meet the needs of each
client's intended outcomes.
Train, supervise, and coordinate schedules for a team of job
coaches Responsible for the proper care of participants and
oversees their individual progress Monitor and review participant
documentation and ensure proper record keeping
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- vary for each position but include:
Educational requirements: bachelors degree Or Associates's degree
plus 4 years of directly related experience.
Must meet driving requirements including be at least 21 years of
age, have a current and valid Utah driver's license, and be able to
pass an MVR annually.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken
Previous healthcare or human services experience.
Experience supervising a team of employees.
Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to manage assigned program
with little supervision once job training has been completed.
The schedule for the Program Manager positions is
Monday-Friday-generally but some flexibility needed for evenings
