ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Branch Manager is responsibility for the overall operation of the branch. With the ability to manage a small scale operation and grow itPlan and implement strategies to obtain maximum efficiency of resources and the highest level of profitabilityReviews strategies daily. Presents and review strategies with manager's weeklyHires, trains, and supervises all branch personnelRegularly holds (Monthly) reviews with the branch associatesTrains all associates in Silver Service policies and philosophiesOversees the vehicle use in the branchStays informed on all Manufacturer's products and policiesManages and protects all company assets including:InventoryAccounts receivablesOther fixed assetsCreates and manages monthly, and annual budgetsOther responsibilities as directed by the Division and CorporationADMININSTRATIVE JOB FUNCTIONS:Supervises all accounting functions in the branchCorrecting billing and pricing errorsMaking sure that all bills and submitted for payment in a timely mannerMatching receipts to all statements and insuring their accuracySubmitting all accounting items to division (Salt Lake) in a timely mannerAssisted Accounts Receivables in collecting fundsConfirm all expenses for accuracy, and code for budget entryAccurately placing orders for inventory and receiving orders upon arrivalMaintaining an accurate InventoryCollecting times cards and tracking sick, vacation, etc. for each AssociateAssist in updating the pricing on the computer and websiteAssist in the creation of programs, catalogs, and website informationOrdering office supplies and other items needed for the function of the branchMake sure that the branch functions accurately and smoothly to take care of our customersOther items needed to assist the divisionLearn and be able to use the NDS computer system in all branch functionsNON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Maintain a clean works placeData entry and various office dutiesPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:Ability to sit for extended periods of timeReach to answer phonesRead paperwork, files, and records on the computerCommunicate by phone and in personWalking and moving about on footHear well enough to receive communication by phone or in personBend body downward and forward by bending at the knees and waistRemain in standing position if required to perform various functions of the jobEDUCATION AND/OR EXPIERIENCE:High School diploma or equivalentProficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft outlook requiredAbility to learn and adapt to new computer technology as needed2+ years of successful business management experience at a branch or other individual profit center, with profit and loss responsibility1+ years of supervisory experience and proven sales and customer service successEffective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordKnowledgeable in construction equipmentBenefits offered:Paid Sick LeavePaid VacationPaid Holiday'sMedical premium 100% paid by company for associate and familyDental and Vision plans401K with company matchQuarterly and Yearly Bonus programsShares Awarded Under YOS Program: Upon completion of continuous employment from his or her date of hire ["Anniversary Date"] with AMCO or its subsidiaries, Associates will receive shares of AMCO stock as follows:5th Anniversary Date = 10 Shares10th Anniversary Date = 15 Shares15th Anniversary Date = 20 Shares20th Anniversary Date = 25 SharesEach Anniversary Date after 20 years of continuous service = 5 SharesNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
