    • Experience in managing a crew of 2+
    • Providing - clients with the quality work they expect
    • Delegating work to crew members
    • Communicating with ops manager about design, materials, schedule, and performance
    • Projects include: Tree and shrub installation, pruning, bark refresh, demolition, annual flower layout, irrigation repairs and retrofits, French drains.Requirements:
      • Min. of 2 years experience
      • Basic knowledge of irrigation components
      • Able to operate small equipment (skid steer, mini ex, dingo)
        -Required qualifications:
        • Legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred qualifications:
          • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry
