Flexible work schedule Swing Shift with $2 Shift Differential available on select positions Casual work environment and dress code On the job training provided and any required safety certifications Responsibilities : Cut, strip, crimp and wire 26 AWG --- 12 AWG. Physical assembly and wiring of system control panels lying out and physically mounting devices to back panels Read, understand and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, assembly drawings, assembly instructions, wiring schematics and diagrams Apply hand tools to ensure correct torque Perform re-work of wiring and assembly at request and guidance of QC technicians QC testing the panel to ensure that it is built according to plan Qualifications: Willingness to lean and be trained Meet the physical and mental demands of the job Read tape measure Use hand and power tools Detailed orientated Any Manufacturing, electrical, wiring or HVAC is a plus
