Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Test Planner.
This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the
Sentinel - Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. This
role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.What
You'll Get To Do: Develop and execute the integrated test strategy
at the system test level for the program. Lead the development of
detailed test plans at the system level. Support the development of
test procedures, test readiness reviews, test data methodology, and
test reports based on program requirements. Support execution of
qualification and acceptance testing per the test plans and test
procedures. Participate in internal and customer test planning
working groups. Create test ConOps flow that maximizes the utility
of test resources while meeting schedule and technical requirements
and/or constraints. Effectively communicate and present to project
and program management, technical stakeholders, peers, and
customers. Support program reviews and customer delivery (CDRL)
development. Lead test planning campaigns through major program
milestones and/or mission threads.As a full-time employee of

Employee DiscountsThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80.
The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday
through Thursday to take every other Friday off.You'll Bring These
Qualifications: 9 years of experience with Bachelors; 7 years with
Masters; 4 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of experience may
be considered in lieu of a degree. US Citizenship with an Active
Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years)
Demonstrated experience with system integration and test principles
and processes. Prior experience with planning test campaigns.These
Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: US Citizenship with an Active
Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years)
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Model Based System
Engineering (MBSE) principles. Demonstrated knowledge of SYSML and
Cameo. Demonstrated knowledge of DOORs as a requirements database
tool. Prior experience with test planning in a missile program.
Understanding of Northrop Grumman test processes and
tools.#GBSDintandtestSalary Range: $101,600 USD $152,400
USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition
to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
