Job Description:

*Job Description:* Performs machine set-up, machining, welding set-up, welding, sheet metal fabrication and extrusion, tube bending and fabrication tasks. Performs composite Client-up, fabrication and assembly tasks. Assembles precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components. Assembles, repairs, modifies and installs various power plants and drive trains. Perform soldering on electronic and avionics products. Assembles and installs wire harnesses and avionics products. Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests. Performs basic organic chemical conversion and paint preparation. Applies routine organic coatings for corrosion protection and appearance requirements. Works on articles of limited complexity following established drawings and requirements.

*QUALIFICATIONS:*

High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years related experience in one of the following areas:

Aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing.

- Successfully completing training is a contingency for this assignment
- CH is responsible for ensuring all contractor equipment is returned at the end of assignment
- Must be computer literate and able to navigate computer
- HM is looking for candidates who are mechanically inclined, familiar with many hand and power tools, familiar with measurement tools, and have manufacturing experience.
Selected candidates will be producing airplane parts in a role that can vary from detail parts machining to sub-assemblies to larger assemblies.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $23.00 per hour
