  • New employees hired into this position after February 1, 2022 will receive the following:
    • $250 on the next available pay period after the new employee reaches 90 calendar days of employment (the employment waiting period may not include summer months, depending on the position type).
    • $250 on the next available pay period after the new employee reaches 180 calendar days of employment (the employment waiting period may not include summer months, depending on the position type). The "Sign-On Bonus" program is only available for a limited time and may be discontinued at any time.
      
      Job Description
      
      Lane 2 ($14.93/hour - $17.77/hour DOE)
      Will increase to Lane 3 ($16.76/hour with completion of training program)

      UTAH STATE RETIREMENT
      Benefit eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). This means that the District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month. After the URS vesting period of four years, you will have either the Hybrid option, which is a combination of a pension with a 401k plan, or the 401k option if you choose. Both plans are employer-paid. You can also choose to enhance your retirement with URS by contributing additional money from your paychecks into a 401k, 457, Traditional IRA, or Roth IRA.
