Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Lead, LIMS.
Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize product backlogs for various internal systems,
ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs
Lead cross-functional discovery to identify and prioritize user
needs across multiple teams
Collaborate with various departments to create user-friendly and
compliant workflows and interfaces
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3-5 years of product management or ownership experience in a
regulated environment
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product
Design, Marketing, and Engineering
Familiarity with diagnostics, lab workflows, and healthcare
communication is a plus
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or design/UX education
preferred
