This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) programWhat You'll Get To Do:What you will get to do, specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:Acting as an IPT Risk Manager, oversee and manage the operational aspects of Risk, Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) Management. Integrate with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) to help Identify RIO items within their Statement of Work (SOW) responsibility, including any potential Intercompany Work Orders (IWOs) and Suppliers. Act as a liaison to ensure high quality inputs and adherence to relative program toolsets and processes. Support the IPT in all levels of RIO Boards including Program Management and Customer Reviews. Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports. Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develop mechanisms for managing and monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, IPTs, and functional managementThis position's standard work schedule is a 9/80.
