The Customer Care Representative is responsible for assisting
customers by ensuring excellent customer service, responding
efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer
satisfaction. This position takes on average 40 -100 calls per day
depending on the time of year and season.
Responsibilities
- Provide written and verbal communications to our customers in a
manner that demonstrates our culture of caring
- Take ownership of customer cases to full resolution,
communicating efficiently with internal departments when needed
- Continuously learn and improve product knowledge
- Managing customer expectations effectively, and solving issues
related to fulfillment and order inaccuracy
- Perform other duties and assignments as requested
Required Skills
- Ability to build rapport and positively engage and work with
employees and customers
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and deliver results
- Positive and professional demeanor - from attitude to
appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to go above and beyond to address customer and employee
needs
- Ability to fully complete tasks and responsibilities in a timely
manner with effective feedback to Hawx operational leadership
- Ability to follow guidelines in accordance with best practices
and protocols
- Capable of respectfully working together with Service Supervisors
and Service Specialists to create a high performing culture at the
branch level
Salary & Benefits
- $16.00 + DOE
