Job Description:
The Zander Team is growing rapidly and we're looking for
highly-motivated Inside Sales Experts to help us drive sales!
If you're passionate about helping others, self-motivated, draw
energy from talking with people, and take ownership of the sales
process to maximize generate sales, then you are a great fit for
this position.
You must have the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed
productivity, set qualified appointments, and hit revenue targets.
Pay is hourly, plus weekly appointment bonuses and commission
bonuses.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and
an intricate part of their home-buying and/or home-selling
experience. Also, you will be building relationships with prospects
over the near and long term so that you can help convert them into
sales. Based out of our South Jordan office, every day, you'll
share details about our unique Home Buyer and Seller programs folks
who are interested in finding out more.
This is one of the best positions on the team because it offers

estate industry without having to rely solely on commissions and
worry about where you next check is coming from.

$55,000 on target earnings: hourly pay plus bonuses and
commissions
Responsibilities:
--- Dedicated prospecting for new business and follow-up with leads
in your pipeline
--- Communicate daily with our listing and buying specialists
--- Set and meet sales goals and objectives
--- Use our CRM system to communicate with seller and buyer leads
efficiently and effectively
--- Understanding the needs of the lead and identifying sales
opportunities
--- Manage the cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert
leads into appointments
--- Primary duties include outbound calling, text and email
communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying
and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales
pipeline through the sales cycle
--- Qualify leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition,
and financial specifics to real estate agents
--- Maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure
organized and current information on all leads
Qualifications:
--- Have extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close
appointments over the phone
--- Self-motivated
--- Has excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up
skills
--- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and
marketing/lead technologies
--- A team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company
where their activities directly affect the bottom line
--- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written
and verbal
--- This position is an in-office position
--- Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate
License (within 90 days of starting)
Preferred but not required
--- At least 1-2 years of sales or business development
experience
--- Customer service experience
--- 1-2 years of real estate-related experience
