Engage with potential residential and commercial customers to introduce Hawx Pest Control services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pest control solutions. Complete daily sales goals and maintain customer relations through follow-up calls and emails. Participate in training sessions to remain knowledgeable about the latest pest control technologies and sales techniques. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual targets. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant activities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to persuade and close sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Problem-solving mindset. Capable of working both independently and as a team.
