Key Responsibilities: - Greet showroom customers and assess the purpose of their visit - Direct customers to the appropriate department or salesperson - Notify staff when a customer is waiting and facilitate introductions - Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally - Route calls to the correct department or individual, or take detailed messages - Provide basic information and respond to general inquiries from callers and visitors - Collect and record basic demographic information from visitors and callers - Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient communication style at all times Our dealership fosters a welcoming and collaborative environment, committed to growth and excellence.
